Customers are responsible for providing valid identification, a valid driver’s license, and any required payment method or security deposit. Additional requirements, fees, taxes, insurance, mileage charges, fuel charges, late-return fees, cleaning fees, damage charges, and other applicable costs may apply as specified in the rental agreement.

The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period and agrees to operate it safely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The renter may be responsible for loss, damage, theft, traffic violations, tolls, towing charges, or other expenses arising during the rental period, as permitted by applicable law and the rental agreement.

LES Rent-A-Car is not responsible for delays, cancellations, vehicle substitutions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Rental policies, rates, eligibility requirements, and terms may change without prior notice.

By making a reservation or renting a vehicle, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to the applicable rental terms and conditions.
