The Company reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of similar or upgraded class when necessary.
3. Rental Period
The rental period begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends when the vehicle is returned to the Company or an authorized return location.
Additional charges may apply for late returns. Customers who wish to extend their rental period must obtain approval from the Company before the original return time.
Unauthorized extensions may result in additional rental charges and other fees.
4. Payment

- Base rental rate
- Taxes and government fees
- Optional insurance or protection products
- Additional driver fees
- Mileage charges, where applicable
- Fuel or charging fees

The Company may place a security deposit or authorization hold on the renter’s payment method.
5. Security Deposit
A security deposit of $1000 or more may be required before the vehicle is released.
The deposit may be used to cover unpaid rental charges, damage, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, fuel/charging costs, tolls, fines, or other amounts owed under the rental agreement.
Any remaining refundable amount will be released in accordance with the Company’s payment-processing procedures. The timing of the release may depend on the renter’s bank or card issuer.
6. Vehicle Condition
The renter is responsible for inspecting the vehicle before leaving the rental location and reporting any existing damage or mechanical issues to the Company.
The renter agrees to return the vehicle in substantially the same condition in which it was received, except for ordinary wear and tear.
7. Vehicle Damage
The renter may be responsible for loss of or damage to the vehicle during the rental period, subject to the rental agreement and any applicable protection products, insurance, or limitations.

The renter is responsible for maintaining any insurance coverage required by law or by the rental agreement.
Optional protection products may be available for an additional fee. The specific terms, exclusions, deductibles, and limitations of any protection product will be provided separately.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that a particular insurance policy or protection product will cover every loss or circumstance.
10. Authorized Drivers
Only the renter and drivers specifically authorized by the Company may operate the vehicle.
Additional drivers must meet all applicable eligibility requirements and may be subject to an additional fee.

The Company may terminate the rental agreement if the vehicle is used in violation of these Terms.
12. Smoking and Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside Company’s vehicles.
If smoking, vaping, or other prohibited use results in odor, burns, stains, or other damage, the renter may be charged a cleaning or restoration fee up to $1000, or the actual reasonable cost of restoration where permitted by law.

Pets and animals are not permitted inside our company’s vehicles.

17. Late Returns
Vehicles returned after the agreed return time may be subject to additional rental charges.
If you expect to return the vehicle late, contact the Company as soon as possible. Approval of an extension is at the Company’s discretion and may be subject to vehicle availability.
